RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Returns and Exchanges

If the products are not satisfactory, a refund or exchange can be requested.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:

 

Returns procedure

The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the indicated deadline can only be accepted at the discretion of Bani s.r.l..
Bani s.r.l. reimburses the cost of the products (excluding shipping costs and any costs incurred), provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by Bani s.r.l..

The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs.
The refund (excluding shipping costs, the cost of return costs, any customs clearance costs, transfer costs and payment card fees which are charged to the customer) is made by bank transfer.
To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to: bani@bani Abbigliamento.it to obtain a return authorization number (RMA- ReturnsMerchandiseAuthorization).
To return, wait for the return authorization issued by Bani s.r.l.
The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package.
Bani s.r.l. send a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be applied to the package with the return authorization.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
For returns, contact customer service.
Once the return proforma invoice has been completed, Bani customer service will book a collection by contacting DHL.

The package must be delivered closed to the courier.
Bani s.r.l. send an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activating the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which Bani s.r.l. received the returned product in the conditions indicated.

 

Return conditions
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
The shoes must be tried on on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without box or in a damaged box can be refused and returned to the Customer with the shipping costs at his expense.
Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your underwear and without removing the protective sticker.

If the sticker and the label are removed or the garments crumpled or used, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.

Returns will not be accepted that do not meet all the required conditions.

The return must be addressed to: Bani Abbigliamento  - Via San Francesco, 10 Lainate 20020 (MI).

To make the return, please refer to the paragraph "Return Procedure".


Exchanges

It is possible to replace the purchased product only with another similar one of a different size or measure within 10 days from the delivery date and on condition that it is available.
Exchanges requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of Bani s.r.l ..
To make the change it is necessary to send an e-mail with the change request to bani@baniabbigliamento.it.

To make the change, wait for the change authorization issued by Bani s.r.l.

Unauthorized changes are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the paragraph "Return Procedures".

The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs.
Indicate the new size / measure, respecting the conditions set out in the return procedure.

If you want to change to another item, we recommend that you contact customer service.

 

Defective merchandise
Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective.

It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges.

In such cases, Bani s.r.l. will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.
If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible Bani s.r.l. proceeds with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs in the case of a defective product at the origin, is made by bank transfer.

 Returning gifts
In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as for Returns / Exchanges.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

 Refunds (Reimbursements)
Customers who are not satisfied with the product received can return them within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please refer to the same methods for returning the products expressed in the Returns / Exchanges paragraph.
The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which Bani s.r.l. has received the returned product in the indicated conditions.
The re-credit is made by bank transfer, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are defective at the origin).
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
